About the Era Solvent Weld End Cap, 20 mm uPVC
The Era 20 mm solvent weld cap is a uPVC pressure fitting for closing off the end of a 20 mm pipe. Rated PN16 at a working pressure of 16 kg/cm² (227.6 psi), it suits irrigation, potable water supply, chemical installations, water treatment, swimming pools and the food industry.

A cap is handy for sealing a line that will be extended later or closing the end of a manifold. Join it to the pipe with uPVC solvent cement, following the preparation and curing directions on the cement, and allow the joint to cure before pressurising the line.
