The Sunmight 08108 Waterproof Plain Sheet is a high-performance abrasive solution designed for the demanding requirements of automotive, marine, and industrial surface preparation. These full-sized 230mm x 280mm sheets are manufactured using premium Aluminum Oxide grain, which provides a fast, efficient cut and excellent durability on both metal and wood surfaces. The 120 grit rating serves as a versatile medium abrasive, perfect for removing moderate surface imperfections, refining coarser 80-grit scratches, and preparing surfaces for primer application.

Each sheet is built on a high-quality latex paper backing that offers exceptional flexibility and strength, allowing it to conform to curves and edges without tearing. Sunmight utilizes an advanced resin-over-resin bonding system that ensures superior grain retention and heat resistance. Additionally, a specialized anti-curling treatment ensures the sheet remains flat and stable even when fully submerged in water. This waterproof construction makes it ideal for wet sanding, which minimizes airborne dust and prevents the abrasive surface from clogging (loading), ensuring a longer product life and a more consistent finish.
