About the Era 40 mm Solvent Weld End Cap (uPVC, PN16)
The Era 40 mm solvent cap is a uPVC pressure fitting used to close off the end of a 40 mm pressure pipe. It is rated PN16 and suits irrigation, potable water supply, chemical installations, water treatment, swimming pools and food industry pipework.

Use this 40 mm cap to seal a dead end, cap off a line for a future extension or close a manifold. It is compatible with pipe made to ISO 727, DIN 8063, UNI 7442/75, KIWA 54, NFT 54/028 and BS 4361/1, and BS 21 for the threaded BSP range.
