About the 7500L Septic Tank
This 7500L Septic Tank is a 7 500 litre rotomoulded tank made from ARMSA-approved virgin LLDPE and manufactured to ARMSA standards, for on-site wastewater treatment. It has a UV-stabilised inner and outer layer and a 450 mm screw lid, and is designed and built to safety factor 4. It suits larger households, farms, lodges and commercial properties without a municipal sewer connection.

Choosing the right one
Size the tank on the daily wastewater volume, which depends on the number of occupants, bedrooms and fixtures, and check your municipality’s by-laws for minimum sizes. Then plan the installation: the tank must be installed at least 3 m from any building, and the hole should allow just 200 mm clearance on each side of the tank. Digging wider disturbs more soil, which means more soil to compact and a higher risk of subsiding when rain penetrates. With an overall length of 3 343 mm and width of 2 171 mm, also check site access for delivery.
