The 4kW Must 2.56kWh Bundle is a battery back-up package built around a 4 kW Must inverter with 2.56 kWh of battery storage.
Without panels, the battery charges from the grid when power is on and takes over automatically during load-shedding. Panels can be added later on most hybrid inverters. At 4 kW it suits a typical family home: lights, plugs, fridges, TV, Wi-Fi and a microwave, with careful use of the kettle. With about 80% of 2.56 kWh usable, a 1 kW evening load runs for roughly 2 hours before the battery needs a recharge (an estimate; real runtime depends on the load).
