Built to handle heavier loads, the trailer has a 3000 kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) and is equipped with twin 1500 kg braked square axles, providing superior load distribution, towing stability, and improved braking performance compared to single axle trailers.

The heavy-duty chassis is manufactured from 100 x 50 mm U-channel steel, while the floor is constructed from 2.5 mm hot-rolled mild steel plate. The side panels, frame, and tailgate are built from 50 x 50 mm mild steel tubing, creating a robust trailer capable of withstanding demanding commercial use.

The trailer is fitted with 14-inch wheels, a 48 mm heavy-duty single-wheel jockey wheel, and a 3-ton galvanised cast iron braked coupler with integrated damper, ensuring secure towing and smooth handling on highways, construction sites, and off-road environments.

For maximum visibility and road compliance, the trailer includes a 4-in-1 halogen lighting system featuring brake, park, indicator, and number plate lights, together with a 7-pin trailer plug, front and rear reflectors, a 1150 mm rear chevron board, and 50 mm yellow reflective tape covering approximately 70% of both trailer sides.

This trailer can be customised with optional mesh sides, removable drop sides, loading ramps, spare wheel brackets, tie-down points, ladder racks, winches, lockable toolboxes, and other accessories to meet your specific transport requirements.
