The Hoffmann HX 14 walk-behind industrial mower is a self-propelled petrol mower with electric start, a steel ratchet height adjustment and a heavy-duty double folding handle. It suits groundskeepers, contractors and large properties that need a heavy, self-propelled walk-behind mower for regular cutting.<\/p>\n
Choose a walk-behind mower by area, terrain and how often you cut. A self-propelled mower drives itself forward, which saves effort on large areas and gentle slopes, and electric start makes frequent stopping and starting easier during a working day. Check the cutting heights you need against the ratchet adjustment. This is a heavy machine, with a listed weight of 175 kg, so plan how it will be loaded, transported and stored; the double folding handle reduces its footprint for transport. Mow when the grass is dry for a cleaner cut, clear clippings from under the deck after each use, and check the blade for damage before each session.<\/p>\n
